As you likely know by now, some of the things I love are Freedom, fun, and efficiency. I also love good customer service. Clench Fitness has become the go-to company for my workout needs. Their products are great and very reasonably priced. I had an issue with a product once. Well, the product was great, I just did not get the specific screws I needed for my application. I called to ask their recommendation for screws. They sent me everything I needed; for free.
These are the bands I use & recommend.
If you are strong, there are 3 bands you can order to increase your workout load. I do use their Blue & Heavy Orange, but not the Grey. You can always order a Blue if you think you need it and double up on bands to increase your load. (Ex: Stack the Small Orange + Green band for more resistance)
I love this and feel it is a great addition to your home gym. We even take this with us when we travel by car. My wife packs it! If you knew her 3+ years ago you would be stunned at this statement. Her life has CHANGED. If you don’t have the funds, let me know and I’ll tell you how to build a platform on the cheap. It won’t be as good (trust me, I did it), but it will work. Standing on the bands without a foot plate is very limiting.
These are great! If you have a wall to use then go for it. This is not a necessary product, but a good one to help get you to the next level. I bought 6 (3 Pairs).
This is the bar I use. It is great. The only thing I have done is get some carabiner clips that are larger for the bigger bands. I think I got them at Lowe’s.
Tip: I use the carabiners for some exercises like Fr Squats, but not for others like Chest Press.
