Why should you work
with Chris?

You are sick and tired of being sick and tired. You get different advice everywhere you turn. It all seems so complicated. Your sick doctor isn't helping you either. Even if you find a good one, and that's rare these days, how much time can they actually spend with you? Can they communicate every day if needed? (BTW, this is why I work with a few good ones; to help manage their patients)

Chris has helped himself, his precious wife, and many, many others overcome diabetes, other metabolic diseases, Parkinson's, eczema, fibromyalgia, etc.

Nutrition

This is no fad diet, it’s a way of life that is very easy to live with. Easy to shop. Easy to prep. Easy to cook. You will change from a live-to-eat person to a eat-to-live person. You will be surprised at how easy this can be.

Exercise

Chris will never ask you to go to a gym, but if you want to, he can design an efficient program for you. He’s also designed workout plans for little ol’ ladies who couldn’t get out of their chairs. Muscle is currency for old age. Think you could devote a single hour a week to growing muscle?

Stress Relief

Stress Relief is HUGE. You will not lose weight or get in shape if your cortisol is high. You will have a hard time losing weight if you are not sleeping. He will teach you simple tricks that include breath work, prayer, and, ways to improve sleep.

Chris starts with the mind. So many come to him with a defeatist attitude. They have tried so many things and they’ve failed. They have it in their minds that this will be no different.

He knows that as the mind goes, so goes the body. You will make some mostly subtle changes to the way you think, but the mind really starts to believe when it sees real, sustainable improvements in the body.

It’s not all about food or exercise, though they are very important; especially the food.

It is very difficult, if not impossible, to lose weight if you are not sleeping well or are anxious during the day.This is why we deal with the emotional, mental, physical, and spiritual health of our clients

You can create a healthier life for yourself and your family. It’s up to you! You are in control. Not me, not your doctor. Not your spouse… though you need the support of those around you. I will do that with you. I’m not your daddy. I am not some authoritarian figure who dictates a healthy lifestyle. No, I am a coach who walks beside you. I’ve done this before. Many times.
